What an ABSOLUTE joke. Their service is getting WORSE not better. Just look around in various forums and read about customers experiences.

My mate went with them and should have been connected 3 weeks ago and it`s been a nightmare chasing them (it`s cost him more than £18.00 in mobile calls) each time he gets fobbed off with excuses, he wrote to Head office twice but got NO REPLY!

He got legal advice and has now terminated the contract. He`s pretty disgusted with them to say the least!!!

Tiscali were good, but this shitheap take over, I subscribe to xbox live gold, my connection was 3 bars with tiscali it went to 2 bars with occasional disconnecting with talktalk We complained to them, so they offer a solution by giving us a new router to help the problem it was a custom made talktalk one. my connection is now ONE BAR. YOU FUCKING SUCK SO MUCH AND HOW YOU MAKE YOUR FUCKING MONEY I DONT KNOW< I BET YOU STEAL ITFROM BT. A COMPANY THAT ISNT SOLAR POWERED YOU CHEAP CUNTS.

i agree talktalk sucks. their customer service is terrible and i can only stay connected for a max of 1 hour (wireless). I think the router they supply is awful as i was sat 3 meters away from my router and i couldn't connect. wtf? when my contract expires i wont be staying with them.

In Bath Talktalk works for me, but in my house away from uni, in the country is faster with BT than talk talk. EVEN THO it's the same line

Avionicgenius, i would recommend registering to their Member Forum. Just Google "TalkTalk Members Forum", you should see it. Post your problem, and it WILL get sorted, the staff that monitor the forum are excellent. You wont regret it.
