I live in Red Wing, MN :) gonna try to train myself this summer! I have a basic understanding of parkour though... no one else knows about it where i live :(
correct me if im wrong but precisions are jumps where you start with 2 feet next to each other and jump with 2 feet? and maybe you change the number of squads because u do them way to fast and dip to far.. which is not good for your knee's besides that.. nice training :D
No, his ghost squats were perfect.. if you don't go down to where your thighs are at least parallel with the ground then you aren't getting very much out of it.... especially if you aren't lifting any weight. I also believe that his knees will be just fine.... running in general is tougher on your knees because more pressure is being put on them than when you squat.. assuming you aren't squatting with any weight.

Yes I guess it is more of a foot placement workout. I was doing my squats to fast too I know. but I believe my form was fine.

.... and if he squats faster it would be more like an explosive work out
