Mine didn't work right out of the box with missing parts, there is no suport for this product now and never had support before.

This product must be made for little people who eat little food, one would have to starve the chicken at birth to fit it in this little thing!

PLEASE never use a knive on a glas cutting board. Those Boards are too hot and will dull the blade really fast.
