this is a great drawing, especially for using a mouse. may I just say though, any drawing that has lines on it makes it look flat. also, keep in mind where your perspective points are. so, when drawing something like the reverse light ( 02:05 ), keep it in perspective with the rest of the drawing. do this by making those lines parallel with the lines on the edges of the car. I'm not flaming, this is just some constructive critisism.

So what you take a line drawing of a car lighten it up, open it in MS paint draw your image and then post process the screen cast to knock out the light gray by boosting the contrast? I figure that's why all the pallets look blown out. Such a poser.
