I think lars is playing the sextuplets correctly--it seems like an issue with the mics. They always seem to produce a muddy bass sound. Besides, lars has been playing this song for 20+years, why would he not be able to play it now? And also, if you notice, they extend the part at 5:01 to 8 bars instead of 4 bars like on the record.  Why would they do this if he was fucking up?

Lars can actually double bass pretty well. He just knows that he will wear himself out so he doesn't go too heavy with the double bass. He's not a bad drummer, he's a SMART drummer.

true. i drum too and sometimes i play with metallica from my iPod, and after 2-3 songs (not even drumming as hard as lars does) im sweating. in the spotlights its way hotter then where i drum and he drums way harder as i do.

ppl say that lars sucks but he's still good at an age of about 50. and the crowd alsoo makes you nervous (srry don't know how to spell it) and makes you fail faster
