I started playing on the Taiwanese Client yesterday im lv9 right now and have 2 dragon balls. It may be a pain since the English Patch doesnt give you item names or descriptions or the Quests in english but the minimap and map show you where to go in a majority of the quests. Im on server 2 channel 2 where most of the english speaking players are. Character name is Chinchi11 Class Martial Artist Race human. Its so much fun.

@YamiTetsuya Hi, there's a Taiwanese version that is out and it's free to play and you don't need a KSSN like the Korean version. Just go to dbocom(.)com which is a Dragon Ball Online community and there will be instructions on how to make an account for the Taiwanese version and also installation instructions and also an English patch which translates some UI's for the game.
