the horizontal version rules more :P although I would have to say its pretty interesting this approach on the cats skull but I cant recognize any part of it.
You could use any object you could photograph this way. It took about 1,000 different still images to make this movie. But I like natural history, and I like the cat skull.
Looks awesome, though i find nothing in the spiral resembling the skull. (I know it's made from it but it just doesn't look like it). And yeah, cats have 2 fangs...

If you stretch it out, it's a spiral too.

That was really cool; it reminded me of the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey... don't know why, though.

Interesting.
You should have left out the description and seen if anyone could guess what it is.
Now all we need is a use for this (maybe it could be a screensaver LOL)
Envergure 4 years ago
That would make an interesting screensaver, perhaps combine the Spiral and the Horizontal one together?

It was good but adding a small clip of music would help!
Castoc 4 years ago
Yeah, music would be nice. I've tried. But what copyright-free music would work? It's tough. Anyway, I'm into the photography.
PhotoTimeMachine 4 years ago
It was alright. You should use more recognizable objects, like a car or an apple or a tree or something!
nightpandaprod 4 years ago
It doesn't matter what you use. After the process you would never know what it was.
PhotoTimeMachine 4 years ago
is it necessary to use a cat skull? couldn't you get this weird effect that looks nothing like what you are sampling with any object?
