@ipin17aero i have flown 3ch co axials b4, just got a 4#3b, pretty hard to control, crashed and broke the tail, lol, new parts are coming, would u recomend the 4#6 or cb180d for ease of flying as im a newbie to this, thanks mate!
Hi bro, i prefer CB180D for a newbie because 4#6 is similar like a 4#3B both control and characteristic, not for a beginner. CB180D is a single blade too but it using balancer rather than flybar paddle like 4#3B or 4#6. I promise you could hover with CB180D in a minutes and enjoy flying rc helicopter as well as your 3ch helis
@ipin17aero I concur with your opinion, though the Cb180D is in a totally different class of heli... the 4#6 is a 125 class, whereas the CB180D is in the 250 class. The CB180D is a much bigger heli and has a brushed motor... keep that in mind. The new version, the CB180Z has a much more reliable brushless motor and the smae shaft-driven tail design as the 4#6 on a bigger platform.
Very nice reviews.Congratulations! Someday i will fly like you. Please help me. Do you know this models? WALKERA 4 3B, WALKERA UFLY and CB180D ? I just loved WK2402 RC. This HM 4#6 is relly cool. I have never fly.But I like challanges. I prefer to fly in home. Not big space. Any of them is safe for flying? Don´t have much money to buy an easy heli and after a good one. Just one shot? Understand? I dream with CP V2. But must master in easier models. Can you help me? Where Can Buy with good price?
If you never flies before, you may choose a double blade helis like lama 2-1 or 5#10. But if you on budget and don't want to spend lots of money, you can considering to choose CB180D or CB100. These little birds are much easier to handle than 4#6, but still need some practice before you can handle it with no problem. I dont recommed for Ufly and 4#3B, because the handling is much harder even comparing with 4#6. Try to look at ehirobo or helipal.
I ordered one of these today, as a step up from my littler CB100. I can fly it fairly well, so I got this one to try outside, if it ever stops snowing.
That's funny... I remember your video for your UFLY. I have that heli now, but am looking... no, drooling over this little bolt of lightning! Nice job flying! No doubt this is a better quality heli than the mSR (which I do own). Same price range too, which makes this an easy choice for me!
Bought this heli a week ago and i am totally satisfied. I also had 2 channel experience only but after acouple of tries this heli hovers really nice and its tough enough for little crashes. But check all the screws! On mine not all were tightened by the factory. The Blade mSR is supposed to have easier control and hover abilities but i also liked the rc and the metal head on the walkera better. The tail is very stable an easy to control due to the pitch. But helicopter flying is not easy!
Hey there. I have an mSR and am selling it to a friend of mine and just purchased a 4#6 online. Should show up next week. Wanted something faster than the mSR but not the handful that my Walkera 4G3 is for indoor use. Sale of my mSR and my 4G3 should about cover the 4#6 and the extra batts and parts I got for it.
almost 10 hours flight time now, heli still flies nice but the tail has lost some stability due to a couple of crashes....but so far no parts are broken or damaged!
I cannot decide between the mSR or one of the walkeras but I know I want FP. And I like the controllers these come with over the eflite helis. I noticed that this one had the pitch changing tail rotor and the cnc head which really caught my eye. Have you crashed it yet? I'm wondering how well it holds up? And do you think this would be a good first heli? I've only ever flown a 2 channel before which is a toy.
The MSR is more easier to handle, if you never had experience with a single rotor heli before, you may find is very difficult only to make it hover, need more and more practice before you can fly it with no problem
How long is the flight time ? Nice flying. I'm flying 4#3b v3 double brushless and it's not so hard to control.
