In Shotokan it's called Chinte ( Strange Hands/Exotic Techniques). Chinto is the name of Gankaku in some old styles.

Yes, this is also called Chinte in some styles, bt not chinto.. I dnt knw whether this is called as shintei.. but, may b yes in some styles :)
