Yes on 23 is pleased that the court recognized that the official label, title and summary originally CRAFTED BY the Attorney General JERRY BROWN??? contained language that was “FALSE” “MISLEADING” and “PREJUDICIAL” the judge reached the following conclusions:

The term “polluters” had negative connotations that would give voters a false impression

And Prop 23 would NOT lead to “abandonment” of the state’s global warming law

Well, as your next President, I will encourage everyone to just light up. I mean, Jesus, the planet has been here for hundreds of years. It's true that we are running short of CO2 and a little more H20 would be just dandy, I guess. I suggest a healthy dose of good, old fashioned Capitalism. Also do this: Grill some weenies, burn leaves, take more trips in the ol' gas burner! The forests will thank you for it. We can never have too much of a good thing! CO2, that is.

Well most of the CO2 comes from nature and CO2 is a trace gas. Water Vapor is a major gas and is responible for 95% of the GHG effect.
