ok, for a improvement make sure the body moves in every frame, dont have anything stay still in a frame always move it. Do it slow also, make sure you KNOW which body part is going to end up where. However, it was very good for your first pivot! :D

I've got a tip, try to make every limb move each frame, cus if u think about it, nothing are really completely still it doesnt matter if it moves a tiny bit it makes it more realistic

When you do ay animation on pivot, try to move every join possible with the stick. because when the feet are not moving then it makes it look sort of choppy. Also don't drag the stick too much away from the gray outline. The way people make pivots smooth is by making as many different joint movements as possible. Good job with the effects, and its very smooth for your first!

well i can. first u save ur pivot as a GIF file. then go to windows movie maker and click file then import into collections. select ur pivot. now drag it onto the time line. now import some music the same way u did the pivot. and then drag the music onto the timeline. there u have it!
