Man, Blitz used to be my shit. Sucks that they took the late hits out, though. For the most part it looks like the game got a major interface update while keeping the majority of the gameplay intact. That's great. And you almost had a safety, not a touchback. ;-)

To any one who cares, the reboot happened cause of the games late hits, (mind this was only about 6 years ago when some over concerned parent saw the late hits in the game) and lead to only one company being able to have the nfl licensed teams,it's sad really, the game was on the market for years, and just because one parent gets concerned about late hits, ea gets the license cause they have more money than god...

Late hits are enforced because of the importance of safty and sportsmanship - two things that mean jack shit in a videogame. Especially an arcade game.
