Hardcore is a very marketable asset to todays youth. The point I was making was that it makes no sense for them to sell out to a more unknown and un-popular genre if they were interested in the financial aspect of it, so it wasn't for money, just personal preference and taste, which means they didn't sell out, they just changed there sound.
