They just removed habeas corpus for foreign combatants(foreign non U.S. citizens), meaning if you're a U.S. citizen inside the U.S. you're still generally entitled to habeas corpus so I fail to see the problem for U.S. citizens,though I would be worried if I wasn't. Besides there are numerous governments like France, Spain, and Italy who practically do without it, just check.
