  • "Revue Productions" was formed by MCA in 1949 to produce live and filmed TV shows {although it also produced James Stewart's 1953-'54 NBC radio Western, "THE SIX-SHOOTER", later adapted for TV as John Payne's "THE RESTLESS GUN" (1957-'59)}. Their first successful filmed series was the syndicated "ADVENTURES OF KIT CARSON" in 1951. Their first logo was the "live" camera with the Revue/MCA logos on the side...

  • Another black and white gem.

  • Very nice old logo!

  • This scares me a little

  • @aerocheder me 2

  • MAAAAN! Even seeing korranus' Revue video, the theme STILL freaks me out!!!

  • Finally, a clearer capture of the Revue/MCA logo combo is HERE!!! Thanks for this one!

P.S.: For you Shadeed; the myth has been broken, because there was really a variant of the first MCA TV logo with the Revue fanfare.

  • That doesn't count. That was part of the Revue logo. It's silent ONLY on the MCA TV logo by itself.

  • OK, dude!

  • Awesome!
