The reason Have Gun Will Travel stayed on the air as long as it did was because of episodes like this one. Unique little shows, not the formula gunfights and showdowns that characterized most other westerns of that time.

Loved Paladin when I was a kid and we all know Klink's disguise as a Frenchman is poor, but this has to be the dumbest western I have ever seen!

Werner Klemperer was a great actor a German on Hogan's Heroes, and now a Frenchman seamless. Good vid I love this show.

boone shows his skill as a competent director on this series--in later seasons--he took over much of the direction--he also shows a quirky sense of humor
