Shoulders, Arms, then Hips for the wind-up. Then reverse for the shot. Draw back slowly to top of swing. Acclerate back through the ball keeping head down so that the shoulders and arms stay down. Don't over power or try to kill the ball. The speed of the club head will provide the power for distance you will give it the accuracy.
