hmm even easier - after u cap base 5 and 3, and get the 200 KOs you go straight to halberd guy and kill him - you don't need to wait your commander to ask for help. then he ll say "i ll be fine - go for SB"

nice. so the trick seems to be to kill the halberd guy instead of trying to take his base. thx
