  • i have hipness!! (: but i got it from the to the beach collection(:

  • I pressed mac blush with rubbing alchol and it looked brand new

  • please do a tutorial on those lips

  • Love the look on your eyes! can you please do a tutorial? thanks! :) and you look really pretty! :)

  • i pressed my peachykeen blush but it took forever to dry

  • hey! try putting a little bit of alcohol on top of the blush, press it with a small knife and then let it dry for bout 4 hours, it has worked for me.

    great videoo!

  • HAHAHA I asked! I am the subsciber! Elise talked about ME!!!! :D :D Thank YOU!!!

  • Check out one of enkoremakeup makeup videos. He shows you how to repair your shadows.

  • 3,4 and 6 are my favvess i really 'specially liked the peachy one :) x

  • linkz maybe....

  • Hey Hun, try taking a coin to the broken blush and pressing down on it...some times it works

  • I did the exact same thing to my tempting eyeshadow - I was also soooo sad. I just mixed it up very fine and put in an every day minerals pot and now use it like loose pigment. Maybe you could spray fix+ into it and pat it back together? good luck!

  • Perhaps re-press half and keep the other half in a medium sized screw topped lid thingie w/a portable brush -

well it would be JUST THE TICKET for toting around in your bag and since it's already broken u wouldn't hafta worry about it breaking and if it turns out that there are problems w/the quality after pressing then u still have half

    ;)

so sorry u broke your fav

maybe a blessing in disguise eh'

    xx

  • can u do a video on ur Fav. Make-up and put links on the side if u can?

  • omg ur so prettyy

    i wnt ur facee jokess

  • watch enkores video on youtube, he shows u how u can put together broken eyeshadows and blushes.

  • yes it does work for pressing shadows/blushes! u can just lay the pieces together, but sometimes it doesnt come out so pretty (still works the same tho lol), but if u want a nice flat surface u can always just crush it to a powder and press it like u would a pigment :p

  • wow your finally a partner :)

  • what's a partner? i've been wondering for sooo long.

  • yea the whole pressing using alcohol works... i broke my paradisco eyeshadow from the lucky tom MAC palette last week and the pressing pigments thing worked.. but i tested the alcohol out on an old pigment i had first before i started experimenting with my good eyteshadows :P

  • what you could do, is like crumble everything up and totally make it powder like a pigment. Then mix alcohol in it and press it back into the pan, it'll look god as new!

anyone whoi has this problem should do this

  • i can make a video for u!!!!

  • s2pandapple has a a video about to mend broke eye shadows. So check her out.

    (:

  • you look sooo pretty!

i have a question...did you ever buy any makeup books? and if so which oneS?

  • OMG ..your hair looks gorgeous!!! Thanks for the tag!! I love doing them!! that trick works with the alcohol ..DO IT NOW!

  • Hi, kandeejones has a video on how to get back together a broken shadow or blush!:)

  • crumble the whole thing up and then put alcohol in it and then press it

  • yes i did it with my MAC casino eyeshadow and now it is like new.... and it was like in a million pieces.... now perfect.... Enkore has a great vid on repairing "broken powder stuff" lol

    XOXOXO

  • I know!!!I destroyed my MAC SWISH!! So sad, but I fixed it with rubbing alcohol, like if I was pressing pigments!!

  • lol looks like ur not into nutruls

  • Is Starknaked blush still being sold by MAC? Thanks

  • 0:02

  • You always look amazing, love your videos

  • trust me check out my how to mend broken makeup vid please it will help you

  • thanx!

  • All you have to do is like, the big chips, break them up with a tooth pick, or whatever, and then just mush it all back into the hole, put some rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle, spray it, get some wax paper and a quarter. Put the wax paper directly on top of the blush, and then use the quarter to press it! Hope this helped! xxx

  • yeah i agree :]

  • Hi

What lip product are you wearing in this video?

  • Hey,

    Loving the video's atm,

Yeh, this happened to me a while ago with springsheen and I watched enkores video and I worked like magic!

You completely inspired me to do make up tutorials!

    Thank you for being wonderful!

    freshwaterpearl04

    Madi,xoxo

  • all really pretty

I am gonna try the alchohol thing for my depotting disasters :0)

    xxxJoolsxxx

  • yeah..i was depotting a mac eyeshadow in Handwritten and i re pressed it...the color went a bit darker but it still applies the same and is the same color once its on your skin. So yes....it does work. and also, if you try to use it and it falls out really badly...like when you press mineral eyeshadows how alot of powder comes off the pan when you put your brush in, you can try to press it with MAC's mixing medium foundation...that works really well with pressing mineral eyeshadows or pigments!

  • u look beautiful here! lol ur ahir is gorgeous :)

  • Ooooh, I love Moon River! I need to use my Dollymix more often.

    You look so pretty here!

  • I have tried to press pigments with alcohol, and it worked perfectly! I'm gonna do it with all of my pigments think i! You really should give it a try!

  • Yeah i broke my MAC blush and used EnKore's video about pressing eyeshadow and it worked great! :)

  • yeah rubbing alcohol works lovely....just squirt like a teaspoon of it in the blush, mix and press it down

  • Whats the difference between Beauty Powder Blushes and just regular blushes?

  • It kinda works ,but when i repressed one of my eyeshadows some of the eyeshadow would fall out everytime i would use it. and it will not look the same.

  • Yea, I just press mine together really hard without any liquid and it is as good as new!

try that first and if not, do the alcohol idea.

  • hey ya i definitely have. just put drops of rubbing alcohol and then mix to a paste, let it dry, and when its almost fully dry maybe like 85% press it with a coin on top of a cloth or something so it will be pretty :) and love ur blushes!

  • was teh same with me, I of course broke my absolute favourite blush while depotting, too. :( I totally emphasize with you! :)

  • Why do you like the beauty powder ones compared to the others?

Check out Enkores video about pressing! :)

  • yeah it does work i shattered a powder and pressed it with alcohol again!

  • you don't even need anything just press it back in really hard.

    DO NOT USE WATER!

  • I heard about the alcohol as well, it's worth a try.

    You are just so adorable!

  • yeaaah,it does work..

it's exactly what you do when you press a pigment.

  • yeah, the alchol will fix it :)

  • lol errr I destroyed stuff and havent attempted to put it back together lmao...errr Idont think alcohol will work =/I used that for cleaning the makeup....Id ask xsparkage...she'll probably know XDD

  • i love your hair!

  • alcohol will fix your baby :]

  • Hiyaa, i love pinks too!

And i would suggest that if you really dont want to risk ruining it with alcohol, that you crush it into a fine powder and put it in a sifter jar and have it as a loose blush. i have done this with several pressed powders. ( btw i have not tried alcohol with blush only pigments. but if it goes wrong, theres probs not turning back. ) Tell me what you decide to do in the end! i would love to here how it turns out if you re press it. Love the videos. !! Great Work!! x x :)

  • You can try to press the the blush like you can press a pigment! Oh don't put any liquids in the blush because it will ruin it.. i tried that once! How do you leave a watermark on your videos? You should try Peaches Sheertone Blush from MAC! It is SO pretty! I think its in the permanent collection.. ;)

  • yess it works! I did it a couple of times with blushes. But believe, take all the broken parts outside. And press them and stuff until they turn to fine powder

At that time, you can put the alcohol, and then take a piece of fabric or something to press into the blush pan.

  • I broke a blush from my 10 pcs. palette and I fixed it with alcohol

  • gd vid x:)

could u do a vid on pressing pigments pls because i dont know how 2 do it and i dont know wht u put them in tnks :)

  • Enkore has a video on fixing a shattered eyeshadow! He did do it with alcohol...and pressed it just like pressing a pigment

  • good morning! be careful, big snowstorm headed your way! put your doggy inside!!

  • Thanks Alfred! I know, 2 feet of snow!!! Geez it's supposed to be spring:(

Doggies safe and warm inside with their mama:)

  • dont try to add alcohol and press the broken pieces back to the larger piece it wont work [trial and error for me]

you HAVE to scoop it all out and bond everything evenly back in to one piece like i said below or the pieces wont bond and it will just be broken again

  • yes i have done this many times. put it in a cup, crush it up more like a fine dust, SLOWLY add SMALL amounts of alcohol, mix it in the cup till u get a thickish paste thick enuff to be a paste but thin enuff to be able to spread it.. like not chunky

and then scoop it out back in to the pan and spread it and let it dry for like over 24 hours periodically pressing it to get rid of air bubbles and it should be good as new when completely dry

  • Thank you so much!! I am going to give it a whirl:)

  • Ahh, I destroyed my Stark Naked too!!

I tried depotting it and it shattered so bad... I was so upset. xD

    Maybe it's that particular color?

You really like the pinks, and with good reason? They're beautiful!

  • you should buy a jar with a sifter and put the blush in there. it's better than putting alcohol on it. that works fine with pigments or loose shadows, but with the pressed ones.... i don't know...

  • i dont think it's good to put alcohol (or even fix+) into ur broken blush =( by doing that, it may ruin the consistency of the blush and ultimately it may streak when you put it on.. ur best bet is to use it as it is.. i wud suggest the 187 or 188 brush (cuz they give a sheer application while giving u a lot more control) and tap off all the excess before applying cuz the fallout might b more excessive than usual since it is broken. i hope this helps =)

  • Yes the alcohol works to repair blushes & eyeshadows. You need the end of a cup or something the size of the blush pan. Also a piece of fabric to press. Make sure it is saturated but not extremely watery. Hope this helps. Good Luck!

  • jusss mix yer blush with alcohol and it should be fine =]

  • yes adding a little bit of alcohol and pressing it would fix it. you need a cotton ball and a coin that fits the blush and ofcourse the rubbing alcohol. put a thin layer of alcohol then put the cotton ball in there and on top put the coin then press s hard as you can. i hope it helps :)

  • awesome, im in the need for a new pink blush

  • haha nice vid.

  • first!
