Review zum LG M2380D Monitor mit Hybridtuner

Also ich habe jetzt den 22-Zoll-Hybrid von Samsung T22A350 und den Standard LG-TV LV5500 ausprobiert. Es scheint mir, TVs sind einfach nicht so gut in der Darstellung eines PC-Bildes, sogar wenn es um Spiele und derartiges geht. Aus irgendeinem Grund habe ich jetzt nicht den Hybrid von LG ausprobiert (ich habe hauptsächlich auf das IPS-Panel des LV5500 geachtet, das aber auch nicht besser aussieht), aber ich glaube das werde ich mir sparen. Also man bekommt leider doch keine zwei in einem.

Die Preisleistung scheint ja direkt besser als die "normalen" TVs, und zwar gibt es einen Full HD von der Marke sonst nur unter Aufpreis. So ähnlich bei Samsung. Hat das irgendeinen besonderen Grund? Bildqualität? Dabei ist selbst hier der Kontrast teilweise noch besser.

Maybe LgGermany could send a message to the right people:

1.There is a problem with a high pitch/whistling sound if the internal audio in turned on(on 3 monitors now)

2.My cd is useless 57% of it is in bad sectors (scaned with nero on 2 separate drives),i can send specific manufactured date if you want

3.When the monitors are packed it's a good idea not to peal the protection plastic foil to stick lg marketing stikers,they can be sticked on top because you remove them anyway

Can anybody hear a high pitch sound comming from the monitor;it stops when the integrated speakers are turned off but is not comming from the speaker itself.i have seen this behavior on 2 lg m2380d (one made in 09.2010 one in 10.2010) and is pretty annoying(if you use it in a silent room/at night).Does anybody experiance this ? is normal for this monitor or i'm just luky ?any advices?

yes , ,everytime I turn on the monitor it does that sound you're saying for the first 2-3 seconds then it stops by itself. I have set myself the audio from the monitor to be off cos I am using PC speakers.

guys aI have a slight problem with the screen . I have screwed the screen to its base but it seems to be leaning forward a bit ,I would say about 10 degrees , it is not vertical I mean... I dont know if I have done anything wrong with the screwing ..can anyone help please ??

the tilt at this monitor is between the screen and his "leg".just keep the base steady and pull the screen backwards gently (it goes fron 10 degrees in front to -5 degrees in back),aply force to the top of the monitor and try to pull backwards...i suppose you didn't unscrew the leg from the monitor (there are 2 screws that hold the leg to the monitor),if so make sure they are screwed all the way in...good luck

i suppose u didn't remove the leg to mont the monitor on a wall...just put the monitor leg in the base,it should fit perfectly around the edgesand screw the base all the way.make sure the leg and the base fit perfectly with no gaps and that the front of the base is on the front of the monitor.after you monted the base you can adjust the tilt :just keep the base with one hand (make sure it won't move) and pull the monitor in front or back ass you like(vertical i suppose)

the monitor goes from 10 degrees backwards to 5 degrees forward (in the other post e said front and back from my/your point of view , not the monitors ).it may go a little hard for the first time don't worry, just keep the base steady and pull/push at the top of the monitor(on the plastic frame,don't touch the screen)good luck

btw do you hear a high pitch noise, like a whistle or a "eeeee" comming from the monitor and it goes away if you turn off the speakers in audio meniu?

i see flickering and that is not good,but still for this price it does not look bad

it does not have speakers built in?i hope not

@fpssgamer of course are there speakers built in. You can turn them of. The Flickering comes from the camera.

Ich kann jetzt im Video nicht direkt einen Reciver erkennen.

Nutzt du den PCMCIA-Slot an der Seite oder ist der für etwas anderes?

Ich habe nämlich das Problem, das bei analog vertikale Streifen auf dem gesamten Bildschirm auftauchen

und frage mich, wie ich das verbessern kann.

Da ich schon 2 gleich Geräte getestet habe und der "Fehler" bei beiden ist, nehme ich an, dass es am analogen fernsehen liegt.

Vlt. weisst du da ja bescheid.

@Animaniac1984 Hay, wenn du diesen CI Slot an der linken Seite meinst, damit kann man kein TV schaun, oder nich das ich wüsste sondern das is nen Slot wo die HD+ Karte rein kommt. Der Anschluss für die DVB-T Antenne ist hinten. Ich glaube die Streifen komen vom Anlogen Signal, wie du schon slebr sagst. Aber Analog wird ja so oder so bald abgestellt von daher lieber auf Digital gehn!

Also bei Analog hört er sich oft blechern an, ich nehm mal an, dass man bei Digital TV auf Sorround Sound stellen kann, was so nicht geht.

Und dann noch die Frage, wie man die Firmware drauf bekommt, vlt. gibt es ja dadurch ne Verbesserung. Einfach durch USB Kabel, oder?

Vlt. weißt du was drüber Bescheid.

@Animaniac1984 Hay ich selber habe den Monitor leider nicht, denke aber mal wenn der Ton so blechen ist wird der bei Digital nicht viel besser sein. Aber dann einfach mal mit Surround Sound versuchen.

Ja durch USB Kabel oder USB Stick, denke ich mal.

LG IPS226V-PN does not have tv tuner, integrated speakers and is smaller.except those they are the same....

@radydragoon they're not really comparable. The M2383D has a TV Tuner and built in speaker. The IPS226V-PN has a IPS-Panel.

@LGGermany Hay ich will mir den monitor-tv zu weihnachten wünschen und ihn hauptsächlich als tv nutzen. möchte daran einen hdtv-sat receiver über hdmi anschließen und eine ps3 über hdmi. kann ich ihn für diese zwecke nutzen? also für ps3 zocken?? tv sieht man ja im viedeo und spricht mich auch an... danke

@SinnloseZocker Ja man kann beides gleichzeitig anschließen per HDMI und dann den Eingang bei Bedarf wechseln. Es ist also kein umstecken nötig.

Was du als Full HD bezeichnest ist die native auflösung des Monitor/TV von 1920*1080, ALSO ja. Der verbaute Kabeltuner kann HD verarbeiten, ein sat bzw. DVB-S2 tuner ist nicht verbaut. Da musst du schon eine exteren HD-Box via HDMI anschließen, z.b. eine DreamBox ^^
