The song is from the Requiem for a Dream soundtrack. Clint Mansell composed it and it was performed by the Kronos Quartet. The song itself is called Lux Aeterna. The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers used a different version of it. and Lil Jon used it (not three six, not sure why i put them) in his song Throw it Up. Other than that people have remixed it, put it in trailers and such.
