So help me get this straight....The conclusion is that the Buteyko method only works because its a matter of mind over matter. Does that not also imply that Astma is all in the mind as well??

I did a course and its shocking to see the teacher Sacha take a breath through his open mouth before he starts speaking:-))

This was absolutely forbidden, to breath in through your mouth..

It did help me control hyper ventilating,,I am positive !!
