Ok... go fly something with propellers flying around your head without anything to stop them from killing you if you have a bad landing striking the ground. Most small craft at least have some type of containment cage around them. As an added bonus, choppers have bad metal fatigue... I don't admire foolish men endangering himself. So if that thing tips over on takeoff or landing, what exactly prevents one of those blades from ricochetting back into you and killing you? Granted the blades most likely would fly away due to centripital force, they can still jump around you during the initial impact with the ground...
