Vedanta Resources has already built a factory at the base of the mountain, much land was stolen from farmers. Now Vedanta is poisoning the river with aluminium & threatening to force the Dongria mountain civilization from their land.
This has to be be brought to the whole Worlds attention & stopped now.
i have travelled to this area,its like heaven.no technology,just simple basic life,no need to earn money because there is nothing to buy.i came across more such tribes during my travels to indian state chattisgarh and orissa etc.

Stop the miners and greedy corporations. They are ruinous to the sustainability of the ecosystems. Urban industrialized humans are pathological consumers and need to study and change their ruinous behavior. Puppets of the ego manipulation business, free yourselves. Stop pandering to the rich and 'middle class', the worst consumers and destroyers of healthy ecosystems. Understand the implications and eliminate the indirect destruction of actions because of corporations and resource gluttony.
