to be honest im not sure since i never really ran outta amo for the sniper but i think u should try that gun shop in the first city it might have it if it dosent then im not sure. hope it workd for u:)
The last sniper is located in a shed round the back of darwens house/to find darwens house go to the map and click on darwens house located near the middle of the map then go to it after that u will see a motercycle hover ur mouse to the right of the motercycle and it shows an arrow click it and u should see a shed go inside it and TADA! ull see the sniper!
