  • @FloormanofAlabama - Thank ya now ♫ ♪ ♫ ♪

  • Everyone comes in lays down thier track then a techie blends it,

an apple computer logic tech or pro tools geek locks it togeather,

mmmm whats missing? the bouncing off of each other

thats where the brown sound has gone, long gone.

tube yep, analog maybe, old vintage wood sometimes,

7 brothers playing with pain, love, hurt, whiskey, dope,

all highs and lows of life, the engineer knew them

    how to capture their pain.

talent maybe, but no togeatherness, thats the secret,

no love, it too much $

  • Mr Edward King, be the man, thats ed all the way, he wrote all the links in this song

many dont now, Ed King wrote an entire album worth of songs in the

LS catalong 11 total written and arranged , as a matter of fact he put LS in a commercially acceptable format, if there were no ed king

there would be no big famous LS.

Actaully thats what is missing in todays music,

on the muscle shoals sessions everyone bounced off each other

everyone they arranged togeather, now everyone comes in solo,

  • You have such an effortless style.

As a ham-fisted death-gripper, it's frustrating to me how easy you make it look.

    Thanks alot, man!

  • @xkxlxkx Thank you very much. Your welcome for the lesson.

  • Youtube wont let me reply to your comment So if ya don't mind I'll do it here. Have you ever heard the song "This Time" by Waylon Jennings....Has the same feel to it. Check the tune out when you get the time. :-D

  • @JimmyPagesSoloLover No, I will give it a listen to and get back with ya. I have always liked to listen to country/western music. That's all my family listened to. I enjoy all types of music provided they have a good melody and meaningful lyrics. That is not too demanding, is it? laugh out loud:D

  • Oh yeah, and what a classic heartbreaker of a song. pure blues. Guitar lesson is great but I sure don't wish for anyone to understand this song. pain man!

  • @JimmyPagesSoloLover I agree, this song is a heart-string-breaker. I really like playing this with the CD by Lynyrd Skynyrd. Thank you ♪♫
