  • Very disappointing video considering Mikes history. No mention of triple extension or hip displacement. The focus is....the catch? Completely disagree. If a lifter cant execute the move effectively, there is no point in programming the lift in the first place. Granted, safety is always first(saving the wrists etc), but was seriously expecting a better explanation this ...jump and look athletic.

  • @Glennerd60 One has to consider why they are performing the exercise this way. I personally do not see a reason to perform a lift in the Olympic style unless you are training to compete in that particular lift. If the goal is to be a more explosive athlete and to utilize total body explosiveness to reinforce a pattern of movement, then this style will apply. I think too many people spend way too much time trying to perfect form when safe, effective form is all that is needed.

  • @Glennerd60 its a short part of the lesson lad,you can be sure he knows how to teach the lift.

  • Im not overly confident in this lift so ive been doing double kettlebell cleans instead. Is that an ok substitute?

  • Thank you for posting this video! Great stuff!

  • once again great, more of it
