I am not sure about my 3 through 10 but Willie Pep and Jimmy Wilde are probably on my top ten list and they are both white. Willie Pep may be the best featherweight and Wilde may be the best flyweight of all time. He is fighting at welterweight now, he should fight people fighting at welterweight. Its so frustrating as I know he could probably beat those other guys, he just wont take the risk. Thats why we still love Hatton, he took on the 2 best fighters of our era. He came up short but atleast he tried. Cant see PBF moving up to MW and fighting the TOP middleweight (not ODLH - he wasnt the top MW like PBF was the top welter when Ricky moved up in weight). Ricky hasnt lost any of his proper fans. because of mayweathers short hiatus pacquiao became the best pound for pound fighter by default without fightin mayweather to earn it. He's happy with his position and doesnt want to give it up and he knows mayweather would take it away from him, hence why he's refusing to take normal and fair drugs tests before the fight. if both fighters take the same tests it is no disadvantage to pacquiao. he should step up and fight
