Thanks for the compliment. I played this MUCH better 16 years ago. It was a very scary piece to learn at the time. The forward and reverse fingering pattern for the right hand was VERY difficult to pick up at first, but the key is to start out slowly and gradually work up to speed. Once I got the pattern down, the next and most difficult part was the fast fingerwork near the end (not the harmonics). It actually sounds more difficult than it really is!
Thanks, but like the description says, it's just practice. In fact, after I posted it, I pulled up a youtube of Segovia playing it and to my surprise, he plays it much slower than virtually everyone else that I've heard, including the greats like John Williams! So, taking a cue from the ghost of Segovia, I slowed it down a little...makes all the difference!
