  • stiill a swing.

  • This is the biggest load of balls I ever watched...if you're leaning back with 'textbook barbell curl stance', then you simply have too much weight on...it doesn't matter how much weight you can put, just keep good form. This is much too risky...

  • This Actually Works, I'm 13 And Most My Mates Are Lazy Asses Drinking Coke HAHAHAHAHAHA LAZY ASSES Loads Of These Sexy Girls Love My Muscle Whilst These Lazy Guys Are Stranded, Even If You Are Lazy Start Now NOTHING Is Stopping You. Before I Had Weights I Used Rocks In My Back Garden; That's How We Do It In India ;) And A Year On My Arms Are A Lot Bigger Sooooo...... START NOW PEOPLE AND FEEL THE BENIFIT OF NOT BEING LAZY!! Enough Said :D -

    Desi Witter

  • now thats a curl

  • Nooooo....This is retarded..Look at Ronnie Coleman for instance..Watch a video of him curling..He dont move his elbow at all..Complete form..This guy is thinking about it to much

  • This guy is ripped, what are you guys talking about? The point of the video is to show posture and form and the correct way to do the work out, not have some meat head doing 4 reps with poor form.

  • Comment removed

  • you are all complaning but i bet the most of you dont even have 50 procent of muscels he has

  • i really really laugh hard at all those dumb ignorant comments!

do you guys rly think that makes you big & muscular?

  • all i can say is: u are doing wrong my friend

  • that is the incorrect way to do an exorcise your back is to be strait not leaning forward and you use your arms only to curl the weight not your shoulders

only do this if you want lower back problems

  • @danielmark1995 im pretty sure that the creators of this video werent thinking in such a way though so yeah.

  • @danielmark1995 i dont know but it lets me know that real people who dont possess godlike genes can do these workouts

  • Send your workout motivation through the roof at Konkura.com

  • Damn his chest is crooked!

  • It sounds like the guy is talking from a f16 jet.

  • He's not even breathing not good

  • Looks like the nitrogen liquid didn't kill him, he's just getting back in shape, ready to kick Arnolds ass, you know who I'm talking about..

  • i think you tell us great, but i want to tell if you do not take barbell on the top it will gives u great contraction,i mean put barbell sightly away from the chest when you go up,it would be 8 inch.away.

  • hey i have a question my hands start to cramp up after 8 to 10 reps in. Should i use lighter weights, less reps, rest longer between reps?

  • @hydra IMO there is no one answer for something like that. You could be using weights too heavy, perhaps you've only started working out recently and you're not used to lifting heavy free weights? Try doing barbell curls using cable weights instead of free weights, that will take the pressure off your hands/wrists. Also try hammer curls using dumbbells, it will vary the range of motion in your arms. But I'm sure others have other ideas/opinions which could work better

  • @tryandlisten That's the thing i have been lifting for quite sometime.

  • @hydra then to be honest dude I'd seek medical advice from a qualified doctor who will probably refer you to a physiotherapist, sounds like something you need to get checked out

  • @hydra thanks brother

  • Is this animated?

  • lol his form sucks ! he is cheating, using his back.... Stand up straight, elbows don't move, only biceps

  • @l1998 i agree, I was always taught to isolate the muscle and don't use your body to 'swing' the barbell / dumbbell

  • lol can someone please tell me whats wrong with me? I've been workin out for a year or 2 Got enough protien carbs etc a day and i workout Daily but with a day or 2 of rest so they can grow and rest but i've noticed they just get more toned? They wont stack up or anything that i can tell like they are the same size as a month or 2 ago. I learned all about building and toning them but they just wont grow :( Someone help me what am i doing wrong?

  • @gameN00b077 try increasing the weight to the max so that you can only do sets of 6-8 reps

    good luck

  • @MrNewSeazon You know, i'll try that thanks for the advice

  • @gameN00b077 creatine mono

  • Idiot comment writers.. -.- This is good video and correct techniques! Gj :)

  • i can curl 65s...barely

  • why do people go gym and only work there bicep. its one of smallest muscles in body

  • @conartiz1987 looks

  • This leaning forward could not be worse than barbell rows.

  • That looks absolutely horrible for your back.

  • this is how rich ppl workout !

  • dumbell > Barbell

  • horrible form,

make your back straight and lift normally

using this technique makes lifting a lot easier

if you want to engage your biceps normally use a straight back not a curved one

your biceps dont fully contract as well with this form and that guy could do a lot more weight than that

  • @godfather200185 "using this technique makes lifting a lot easier"... Why the FCUK would you want to make an exercise HARDER? come on dummy... when it comes to musclebuilding, you want to do things to either give the greatest overload or volume. Keeping your body completely straight like a pencil during curls is unnatural and ineffective at achieving max overload or max total volume.

  • @godfather200185 if you would have listened to the video properly it explains exactly why he has chosen this stance. it allows more weight and balance so you can over load the biceps.

  • Shoulder flexion, cheating with his body, he moves alot at the start of the exercise to raise the bar up, then moving his chest toward the bar at the upper range of motion to shorten the movement. back arched, don't think I'll try that, combined with a cheating motion, looks slightly dangerous.

  • Stop fighting eachother over the internet retards.. just watch this and start exercising!

  • his chest muscle is not equal :L

  • to increase the size of the arms....is doing less repetitions with heavy weights recommended or more reps with light weights????

    Does it matter at all???

    ~Thanks

  • @babba7117 Go with the former.

  • @babba7117 Do both. I start off using heavy weight with a few reps, then drop ten pounds and go for reps.

  • @MrBlahAccount : Thanks!

  • I make that routine...it really works my friend. Thank you.

  • He's using too much shoulder strength.

  • what happens if your skinny an you eat junk food an go gym and do good work outs??????

  • @Bassweejuns92 nothing:P

  • the only ones who are complaining are the weak pathetic little guys sitting at home instead of hitting the gym.

  • @mapleleaf79

First of all, you don't know what strength is. Secondly, the guy in this video doesn't know how to stand up. Third, this guy doesn't know how to raise his arms in the motion of a bicep curl. Fourth, bicep curls are not even very good for developing biceps compared to natural full body movements at maximum force production. Last, people can spend less than 100 minutes per week in the gym and be healthier and bigger than nearly 80% of people who workout on a regular basis.

  • @SadegoGG lol, what the hell r u talking about, lol

  • @mapleleaf79

Artificial exercise causing muscle and neurological imbalances which impedes people's efficient movement and deteriorates their mental well being.

  • @SadegoGG so if i were to get huge biceps then in 40 years i will be retarted?

  • @ryanunner88

    Define retarted.

Also, you don't intellectually understand my argument sufficiently to comment on it.

  • @SadegoGG lol y u even watchin this shit ur a keyboard warrior i think ur gay y else would u be commentin n watchinworkout videos on utube

  • @ryanunner88

Well I think your gay for not only watching workout videos on youtube, but also watching them when you don't understand the simplest principles behind working out. You also comment on workout videos on youtube.

    You are an idiot.

  • @mapleleaf79 haha thats true :) or the human springs at the gyms as well haha, Human spring aka the people who has chosen a big weight but cant fully handle it in a way and instead jumping it up as a spring

  • @mapleleaf79 icluding you bitch

  • @DimisWargame including me, lol.... whatever you say Little man.....

  • @mapleleaf79 Maybe the weak pathetic little guys sitting at home has there gym at home : ) and can afford there own weights.. instead of sitting in a cardboard box.

  • @mapleleaf79 YYYEEEAHH!! FUCKIN YYYEEEAH GYM!! YEEEAH MUSCLES!!! YEEEEEEAH!! EVERYONE WHO DOESNT GO TO THE GYM EVERYDAY IS WEAK! WEEEEEEEAK!!! YYYYEEEEEAH! GYM!!!

  • tht how i look

  • omg noobs

  • @Ahm3dK do you really just say that...?your either a complete queer or a girl

  • Silence....I KILL YOU!

  • pensisiissisisisisiis i love som much so good ilove cock and balls

  • this video change my life ... and biceps ... hehehehehe

  • Ah Man, I can feel the burn just watching this! That is the sweet spot! Gotta get me an Olympic bar. (btw my spell check only went on for "Olympic" when it was under-cased and didn't even mind "gotta") How ironic is that?

  • I'm 21 years old 175cm and 63kg. Is that a problem i'm using 5kg dummbell curl and 7.5kg for 2 last set?

  • @Momocafex that seems a bit light to me im only 17 and im doing 10 kg dumbells? im 174 cm and 58 kg.

  • @FazRulezZ4ever im 13 and im doing 6.81 kg

  • @MiscellCollections well done bruh. keep it up.

  • why would they have a guy giivng the lessons on huge biceps and my biceps were bigger than his when i was 13 wtf? this vid is gay

  • Nice, others only say a solid position is inportant and not why. very good instructional video :)

  • @88luda88 - Yep it is, also because the guy is Australian and sport & fitness is a big part of our culture here because we have the best weather for it and especially because the girls are so hot in Australia that we need to look good for them LOL :)

  • @furb393 the girls arent hot there just easy!

  • @FazRulezZ4ever LOL I got news for you dude, Australian girls aren't that easy but English girls are, the ones that backpack through Australia are renowned for being the easiest to get laid - And 2yrs ago when I was in the UK, same again

  • @furb393 English girls are easy too but Australian girls are even easierr dirty little girls be addin me on msn masterbatin on there cam. iv been australia pal diffferent girl eri nyt!

  • I thought leaning forward like that will hurt your back?

  • @LongHairRocker You must bend you knees and have a straight back, otherwise it could strain or break your spine.

  • @aufragarmy Yeah, I understand bending the knees, which I do, but it looks as if he is leaning forward a lot!

  • @LongHairRocker Yeah true, I don't think you should bend forward, that would just strain it.

  • @LongHairRocker it does like mo fo

  • @LongHairRocker aha me 2

  • @LongHairRocker lie, twisting your back or leaning forward and wackwards "WHILE" lifting, will hurt your back, but keeping it locked wont, note that he isnt supporting the weight with his back when the bar is at the top.

  • @LongHairRocker despite it looking a bit weird, it actually feels quite natural and you stay quite rigid.

  • Youtube is a place where some people post some really usefull videos and the rest talk shit about that person.

  • Looks like the comments in the begining have gone wrong, and so the arguement is coming o from there lol, great body

  • shudent use ur back tho

  • his elbows are moving thats not the right way to do it needs to be straight

  • @mrrepoo hes moving his elbows slightly so he can get a better squeeze in his bicep

  • This look good to bad I already did arms this week but I will do this asap

  • Yes this works! And very well! I do this with the 55lb Olympic bar with a total of about 180lb including the bar, but i dont stand like this, i find, standing up straight with feet together gives a more strict movement. The pump you get from doing this is incredible!

  • this is retarded

  • @a4d2d0 rotary cuff

  • Thats an interesting form, I might try it out tomorrow at the gym. Looks rough on the lower back though (which is the most commonly injured muscle for bodybuilders).

  • Yeah. Too many " keyboard cowards" out there. Have some integrity and do as you would do in person.

  • dude keeps rocking. thats not relying on his biceps... hes relying on momentum of his upper torso to heave the weight up. I call that cheating. Plus, leaning forward will eventually fatigue your lower back. i just lean back against my door or a wall w my blades tucked. that helps. either that or drape my arms over the back rest of a chair so im not using my torso to lift at all.

  • This guy know how to train

  • The only problem with this workout is the guy is rocking while curling!

  • omfg theres literaly no fucking secret to big biceps... all you do is this.

  • lukk at this retard doing these bicep curls with no good form

  • i always wanted to see a women doing a proper bicep curl. why not post a video?

  • you should be careful of angling your body this way...there is a tendency to sway when lifting. I find I get a much better burn when i stand straight up and do not let my elbows move behind my hips...this also prevents swaying when energizing the lift.

  • not bad good stance some times use this stance/position myself!

  • 'extra weights' or 'extra wights'?

  • haha hell yeah

  • good..what about the suppliments? how much protien you need and what sort if yu want to add size?

  • @badassforever

The general "rule" for bodybuliding protein consumption is 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.

But, you should also be eating an even amount of protein every 2-3 waking hours (no more than 3 hours without protein!). This will probably be about 6-8 meals per day.

EX: If you are awake from 8 AM to 10 PM, then the minimum number of meals you can eat is 6 (i.e. every three hours). If your bodyweight is 150 pounds you need to consume 150/6 = 25 g of protein per meal.

  • understood..so what are we talking here...protein shakes/whey....6-8 times taking protien powder or regular food like chicken/fish/beef and stuff...ohh yeah what kind of protien- high carbs/hing fat or what? cheers

  • @abcdrcill1

just to let you know...first, it's 1 gram of protein per KILOGRAM of bodyweight...which is 2.2 pounds. that's first.

second, your body cannot use 25g of protein per meal. your body will only absorb a certain amount of protein per day (which is a different amount for every person). If you are taking protein supplements and your urine is green...yea, you are literally pissing away your money. the human body does not need that much protein, and simply cannot use that much protein.

  • @junkahmad888 i have actually read online AND talked with the trainers at bally's and they all said "eat your weight in protein" i think thats a bit funky. i weight 165 at 5'8" do u know how much of a pain it is to find that much protein on a budget? most bars average like 19g for 3 to 5$ F*k that. i'll stick to eating a hearty plate of Arroz con Pollo y habichuelas or eggs in the AM.... LOL

  • @shinobi1014 how is it that hard to find 165 grams of protein? 3 eggs, a glass of milk, and some oatmeal is like 30 grams of protein right there, and most protein powders are 25-30 grams of protein per scoop. it's fuckin easy to get your bodyweight in protein, and if you wanna be building muscle, you can eat up to 1.5x bodyweight in protein.

  • @dm325 3 eggs may be about 21g of protein but alot of cholesterol (240mg per egg ur limit is 300 a day) not healthy for you. milk is about 8g a glass. also the oat meal, glass of milk and 3 eggs average out to about 500 calories (i looked at labels in my kitchen) and thats not counting the butter (100 calories per 1 tbsp) used to cook the eggs and in the oatmeal. chicken is 26g of protein per 4oz of raw meat. show me a balanced diet that has 2000-2500 calories and my weight in protein.

  • @shinobi1014 troll

  • @Youareatroller i dunno what you mean by troll? u telling me to eat one or are you calling me one? LOL

  • @shinobi1014 2000-2500 calories? you're not going to gain any weight on that diet. i gained about 40 pounds of muscle last year, i went from being very skinny to having an above-average build - i ate about 4-5 thousand calories a day. if you want to be getting your protein, eat salmon and tuna (fish is about half protein), and you're not counting the fact that you should be getting protein powder. plus, you don't have to take all the yolks from the eggs...

  • @dm325 i highly doubt you gained 40 pounds of muscle... mayb 20 with 20 of fat and water. even genetic freeks on steroids cannot gain that much

  • @TheMightyLu far less than 20 of fat and water, it's probably about 30-10. you'd be surprised what you can do in a year with proper nutrition and hard work...

  • @shinobi1014 also if you want to be gaining weight, you're going to be doing a dirty bulk first. sorry, but it's just not nearly as easy to gain muscle when you're eating a completely lean diet. you NEED those carbs and cholesterol from milk - they help with protein synthesis. you need to be putting a shitload of food in yourself, drinking a protein shake at every meal, and then once you've gained sufficient muscle, you can eliminate fats and keep the protein high.

  • @shinobi1014 dude.... theres alot of bodybuilders out there that eat 5 whole eggs on their bulk. by taking away the yolks your loosing out on both poly and mono unsaturates. bulking is only temporary

  • @shinobi1014

no...you don't need to eat that much protein. go ask a nutritionist, personal trainers are not nutritionists and if they are telling you that then they are out of line with their education. i took personal trainer specific courses in college and that was one of the first things they told us, "do not prescribe or endorse dietary information unless you have a nutrition degree." but i do agree with you...arroz con pollo and/or eggs is much better than protein supplements and bars.

  • 25 g of protein per meal, thats the most ridiculous thing ive ever heard

  • called competition

  • Never tried this before, might give it ago.

  • youtube must have the largest concentration of people who hate each other.

i dont know if ive ever read a videos comments without finding people yelling at each other and threatening to kill each other

  • @oneadamtwelve86 i agree with ya

  • @oneadamtwelve86 Shut the fuck up!!!!!......... Only joking.

  • @oneadamtwelve86 you havent visited 4chan ...

  • @oneadamtwelve86 Shut the fuck up bitch, or i'll kill you

  • @LeonMMA off the roids noob

  • wow im trying this form next time. way better than standing up straight. too bad i did biceps today i dont get to try for another 5 or six days

good video i would have never thought to stand this way by myself.

  • 5 or 6 days?

  • ya thats how long i usually give each muscle group to rest. except maybe abs, sometimes i do those two or three times a week

  • @oneadamtwelve86 if ur goin for mass then u only need 2 days, chest shoulders day 1. biceps back day 2. triceps abs day 3. then repeat. idk thats what my trainer said and im seein results

  • but wat abut legs??????????

  • @harv1979 i do legs n abs the day i do biceps because its the shortest workout

  • triceps then repeat? bit stupid aint it, because u have just trained your tricep really hard then the next day u do chest which all so works your tricep muscle lol one muscle group a week is well enough as long as you train it really hard, ignore all that 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps crap

  • @everton12112 i usually do 3-4 sets but from 12-15 reps is that bad or good? the weight i use is not too heavy or light is this bad too?

  • Comment removed

  • @everton12112 but here's the thing what if you don't want to build anymore mass muscle just want to maintain it i guess? I don't want to be like some guys can't even scratch their back! lol

  • @emkplayboy6 Easy. Just don't increase the number of reps and the weight.

  • @emkplayboy6 low reps + heavy weight = muscle growth, Lower weight+alot of reps = muscle Tone. good rule of thumb...if you can take 15 reps...your good to go.

Heavy lifting aka muscle growth = 6-8 reps,

    Hope that helps

  • @everton12112

i totally agree with you. I dont do all that set rep weight nonsense. i just wrork the muscle til it feels raw n powerful. you just KNOW when u got that work out good, then it hurts good all week. just like when you cheated yourself, you can tell u slacked. I dun buy that excess nonsense ppl spit. Also, what of that "every other day" thing? if u think about it 4pm today to 4pm tomorrow is 24 hours. thats a day rested already. skipping week days would be 48... so which is it?

  • you raise the barbell very high bro and this is very wrong, try to squeeze on the top and go don again don't rest on the top.

  • Doing this workout now...this stance helped a lot. I have been working out since i was 16 and i am 21 now. Did powerlifting in high school and i work out regularly now. Good tip

  • why do people who write comments here sound like uneducated teenagers? so annoying!!!

  • wtf? im looking at the comments trying to see if this workout was any good but all i see is a bunch of retards fighting over the internet, grow up dudes dam.

  • @killallmods they are depressed man

  • @killallmods agreed, the internet can get pretty old with all of this childish behavior but I think internet behavior is more like a backlash to the oppressed expression and politically correct expectations of today's American society.

  • @killallmods yeh im the same u, i look at the comments to see if anything works or if its good n its a bunch of pricks fighting over it and not talking about if it does or doesnt

  • @killallmods I know what you mean.....there are so many stupid and uneducated people on youtube.

  • @killallmods it works man

  • i live in vankleek hill ontario canada..... come and get me.............

  • @shadowx7og pussy write back bitch imma go beat ur ass

  • LOLOLOL this guy's hilariously delusional. Moment of my day haha

  • you are a little bitch

  • WTF is wrong with you stop speaking like a idiot Grow up mate. Also stop threatening every one i know over the internet is only way to feel big of your self so just leave it ok mate.

  • SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU CUNT!!!!!

  • djbbskunk,ooohhh...you're mean, man !

  • PM me if u have any questions on building serious muscle mass

  • hey yeah i am looking forward to build sirous muscle mass and i started a work out for doing only one muscle group every day . like biceps one day the other day chest ,than back than triceps and i do legs as well on a day i feel a little tierd

  • haha dude the legs are the biggest muscles

  • yeah i know man but i am not looking for crazy legs i mean its enought for me if i have some muscles on my legs just so it looks like i work them out , i dont want some crazy legs and i am not a body builder

  • @mahmoodlebanon i think u mean to say that the quads r the largest muscle group, and the glut max is the largest muscle in the body =P

  • ill kill you nigga do you understand me? ill fuckin kill you where the fuck do you live nigga
