He started early at a show last year too! What the band is "wrong" according to the old album, but they have done it at every show, so maybe he just cant remember the change lol. Been watching a lot of videos of the tour this year, man am I glad to hear his voice coming back. I was real worried after last year that it was gone. Still has some work to do, but what am improvment from last year lol.
I think it's cool to see Scott and Brian getting along, Brian is an amazing bassist and when he came back I was excited, it's good to see the two enjoy each others company on stage and about the beer commercial, that was awesome.
I admire what Stapp said at the beginning, not because i'm religous or against drinking...its just refreshing to see someone stand up for something and have courage to be a real person and not some manufactured pop star.
I was there. Loved the intro: "You know, we got a call, like, two months ago. Somebody wanted to use this song in a beer commercial. A lot of money. But we're not gonna take a song about heaven, and turn it into alcohol."
Trust me. It was a lot better live and Stapp's voice was 10x better than it was in 2009. GREAT VIDEO! CREED FOREVER! "We're not gonna take a song about Heaven and turn it into alcohol." - BEST CREED LINE EVER!
@videodude104 yeah exactly! his voice is coming back. i was worried after going to 2 concerts last year that i wouldnt be able to stand to hear another concert from him. this is awesome! still a lot of improvment to do to get back to where he was. He didnt even try the higher singing part in higher at all last year and he pretty much nailed it in this video. Awesome to hear him coming back. Looks like Mark may be getting a little rusty on the music though he missed a few notes in the video
@unacal76 Yea dude, but Tremonti, imo, is the best guitarist of today's music. The guy is awesome. Yeah, Stapp needs a lot of vocal rest and to keep doing what he's been doing. When he sang at Woodstock in 1999, that may have been the best live performance ever. He always sounded great live. AB's new album comes out November 9th with two bonus tracks! I cannot wait. Both bands are such great music and they are very unique. CREED FOREVER!
