  • @megaladon1926 and most people who do live in Ohio are hoping to get out :)

  • @namedULaika Haha that seems to be the case for most people. I'm a huge Buckeye fan and like to make a trip to one of the games.

  • @megaladon1926 :D You know, I go to Ohio State, but I've still never been to a game.

  • Gently beautiful, softly lyrical music; thank you.

  • "You don't see that many disappointed blind people."

  • Life changing music.

  • silence and strings

  • best ever!

  • Part of what I love about this song is that these folks are going to Ohio. Somewhere completely plain and uninteresting. The goal is to get to Ohio. Some will make it and some won't.

  • @brelfan have you even ever been to Ohio? I've lived here my whole life (39 yrs.). It's not bad. Parts of it are very pretty.

  • @brelfan Went to college there. There was Toledo. You could get some chocolate and falafel. The one interesting thing about Ohio is that some Jewish guy accepting payola 50 or 60 year ago was the first to play Rock N Roll on radio listened to by white people. Other than that, steak houses. Flat grounds. You coud get Greek food if you went to Michigan.

  • Lovely.

  • Just saw them last night with Iron and Wine.

Needless to say, they're my new favorite group.

  • They're coming to my town with Iron and W

ine in april! im so excited!

  • Such a beautiful song.

  • I pledge to buy this album CD and not to dload it from the internets ;) Support the smaller bands! ( although I'll bet these guys can reach far, if they haven't already :) Amazing harmonies.

  • @gunthaarz I think you're right. We have to stand up for the few making real music. I'll buy Oh, My God, Charlie Darwin. Going to buy O Ye Devesator from Doug Burr. Going to buy a Josh Ritter album. Going to buy an old album from an Irish folks singer called Paul Brady. And one more, I'm forgetting. Point is, only a few seem to take music and lyrics seriously, and they've got to make a few bucks too.

  • I saw The Low Anthem at the End of the Road festival in England. God, they were brilliant.

  • WildLifePhotographers on Last.Fm.

  • Where did the photo in the Cleveland RTA come from? I took one just like it 5 years ago, not saying it's mine - just stopped me in my tracks.

    Groovy song.

  • Hey, DRA. I don't recall where the photo came from exactly, but I think I pulled it off of Flickr. I'm usually careful about licenses, so if its your's and I overstepped my bounds, please, let me know!

  • @toodrunktodream I'm not even involved in this and I'm about to sue you for millions of dollars!

  • @toodrunktodream I love your user name, are you a Magnetic Fields fan?

  • @xADayWellWastedx Yes I am. But I took it from a Whiskeytown song.

  • Please come back to Minnesota!!

  • These guys are amazing. Oh My God, Charlie Darwin is one of the best pieces of music i have ever bought.

I'm not sure about in America but they don't get anywhere near the amount of praise they deserve in the UK

  • Saw These guys open for Avett Bros. Sunday night..they were great.

  • So lovely!

  • Drats! I wish I'd read that this was a freebie on iTunes last month!

It is lovely...reminds me of Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young...contemporary folk music, and that is a compliment. It is reflective w/o being morose.

  • freakin amazing... this is soo beautiful, man, it's awesome...

  • Totally agree, I haven't stopped listening since hearing it on the radio yesterday. Such a great sound, reminds me of Surfjan Stevens.
