Anyway an alternative to the bread crumbs would be PANKO Bread crumbs which you can pick up in the Asian or Pasta sauce section of the Grocery Store. I'm addicted to this type of bread crumb. It's a courser type crumb that works great with anything. I usually cook crab cakes on the stove just to get the top golden brown, then finish it off in the oven.

1. Instead of spraying PAM on the foil you can actually buy a non-stick foil.

2. What type of crab meat did you use? Texture looks mushy. I'd prefer the lumpy version. Overall looks yummy!
