@w1nGsEEEhTV I found him in Underworld. He was in the main hall with the Mastodon statue listening to the Ghoul selling Aqua Cura. I'm not sure if that's where he is all the time, that's just where I found him.

Ive got Broken Steel and it was successfully downloaded. So i went into Project Purity and activated it. The ending video happened etc. then the credits and i pressed esc to skip. and it took me to the main menu. Obvious i havent woken up. Please help.

dude, i had the same problem. EXACT. the marker is all wrong. wher u are is basically an exit and u can only open it from the inside, and then after u beat broken steel u can use it to go back to the airforce base. just go back to the metro station and look on your map for a place called white house plaza slightly north from the metro station (use a marker, it helps.) then find the manhole and just ignore the mission thing until it stops telling u 2 go 2 the building.
