As for sanctions, sanctions should be imposed on Japan for having armed forces and anti-ballistic missiles, that can be modernised to ballistic (the threat to the region. In fact, Japan and USA have always been an aggressor in the region, and never Korea). Japan still has no peace agreement with Russia because of imperialistic ambitions and desire to capture Russian islands.

Japanese hawks should be tamed. North Korea will be OK. Launching satellites is not prohibited.
