Yes, i use to work at forever 21. I worked there for about 2 months. i agree with you all the way and the company is a horrible company to work for. I worked a 12 hour shift and only got 2 ten min breaks and a 30 min break but really im suppose to get an hour and 2 15 breaks.. or something like that..

I totally respect your opinion. I feel as though it gives someone the opportunity that would never have the chance to go into the store where the "real" item is and purchase something like it. BUT, I've finally decided after 6 months of this shit with him that I'd RATHER be alone than deal with his shit another second.

I feel the same as you at the moment. I'm gonna be 24 years old in august and my fiançé and asked me to move out of our apartment but still be with him...he's a total jerk (slept with one of his friend when we took a break and still see her frequently) but i don't know what to do with myself at the moment, i don't want to be alone either. (He cheated on me with a married woman. ugh!) At first I was devastated because I didnt want to be alone, and I dont go out or anything so I felt like I would never meet someone new.. but it was the best thing to happen to me. Lorraine I work in a deli, and i really would like you to know (if you don't already) but deli meats are not the best for you. Unless, they are say freshly sliced chicken or ham, but deli meats (etc. Maple Leaf) they are very high in sodium and are very processed. For example sometimes deli meats will come in say today, and they'll expire on September the 30th. when they have all those preserves they will preserve your fat cells. I just hope you keep that in mind, love the vids, keep motivated!

Fashion plagerism is absolutely unethical! Don't be offended by people who make jealous comments (because that is what they are) about the price of some of your clothing. In the long run you are probably SAVING money because of the durability of clothing by certain designers. Understanbly, especially with the current economic situation, Forever 21 is a great source of affordable and fashionable clothing, but that is no reason to critique others who can invest in more pricier pieces.

As someone who is passionately into my fashion I am SOOOOOO with you about the blatant theft of designs! It's one thing to take the trends and colors that are hot in a given season and translate them into an affordable price points (hey, I'm all for that), it's another thing entirely to STEAL someone's intellectual property.

I totally respect your opinion. I feel as though it gives someone the opportunity that would never have the chance to go into the store where the "real" item is and purchase something like it. Someone who is going to buy the real thing isn't going to be tempted by Forever 21. I think that Forever 21 and other stores that sell inexpensive clothing are great as most of us don't have $100 for one shirt. Some would need to walk out with five shirts for $100 especially today. Lorraine, I'm in a similar situation. My boyfriend is a jerk too & I'm 23 & afraid of being alone. I'm also in a new town & don't know anyone so on top of being alone romantically, I have no friends either. It's depressing. BUT, I've finally decided after 6 months of this shit with him that I'd RATHER be alone than deal with his shit another second.
You'll come to that too (or maybe not) but it took me 6 months to realize it, you may just need time. :)

I'm gonna be 24 years old in august and my fiançé and asked me to move out of our apartment but still be with him...he's a total jerk (slept with one of his friend when we took a break and still see her frequently) but i don't know what to do with myself at the moment, i don't want to be alone either. Lorraine, I am so sorry you are having a hard time with your boyfriend. I am 22 and I was with my boyfriend for 5 and a half years and he broke up with me in January. (He cheated on me with a married woman. ugh!) At first I was devastated because I didnt want to be alone, and I dont go out or anything so I felt like I would never meet someone new.. but it was the best thing to happen to me. Lorraine I work in a deli, and i really would like you to know (if you don't already) but deli meats are not the best for you. Unless, they are say freshly sliced chicken or ham, but deli meats (etc. Maple Leaf) they are very high in sodium and are very processed. For example sometimes deli meats will come in say today, and they'll expire on September the 30th. when they have all those preserves they will preserve your fat cells. I just hope you keep that in mind, love the vids, keep motivated!

Fashion plagerism is absolutely unethical! Don't be offended by people who make jealous comments (because that is what they are) about the price of some of your clothing. In the long run you are probably SAVING money because of the durability of clothing by certain designers. Understanbly, especially with the current economic situation, Forever 21 is a great source of affordable and fashionable clothing, but that is no reason to critique others who can invest in more pricier pieces.
