I also loved this skit. It's funny how this Fat Blue muppet (I think Jerry called him Bart) said that it was a too far walk even though he walked up to Jerry to hand him the end of the tape measure (he could've talked to Jerry then since he was there to give him the tape measure).
It sounds like Fat Blue is voiced by someone else here since he's not playing as Mr. Johnson (Grover's customer). I wasn't sure what Jerry called him on this skit. It sounded like Jerry called him "Bart."

He called him Frank, played by Frank Oz. Mr. Johnson is performed by Jerry Nelson, who's performing Jerry.
