After I use the needle, I take and push the needle thru the end of the cap and pop it off the put the cap back on.

Lol, i wish i had balls like this guy. Took me about 5-10mins to do a test shot in my leg today. This guy is like, wipe , get needle, stick it in , depress , DONE.

Wow thanks, I am about to take my first injection in about half hour, was not sure where but will try all different areas over the next 3 days.

Please clarify how much you need to inject, I get mixed instructions over internet.

I love how little fat you have on that ab area, Colin, but most of us don't have that going for us. Injecting in the upper arm or the thigh is a better choice since, like u said about the thigh that it is near the muscle. LOL
