I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about, but I think you're referring to the PC version. I'm actually playing this on the 360 so I couldn't change the scale of the mudcrab

the giant mud crab is in a cave up the road from skingrad,its the 2nd 1 from greenmead cave,when u get to that 1,keep going and ull find another cave,go in and go to the last floor and look around for it.
