@jcrite0304 These are not clip in extensions, these are actually sewn in by my hair stylist.

@soulsistahla When I workout I just wear my hair in a ponytail or chignon( bun) I also wash my hair 1-2 a week too! Now, this curly style will not last during a workout, for sure so this style you will have to redo unfortunately :)

@mikers1242 Oh no, I wish I knew how to braid and sew it in myself. That would save me some money for sure!! I have someone else sew them in and it takes about 2-3 hours depending on how much talking we are doing, lol. This hair I purchased from my local beauty supply store. It is Remi Hair by Cliff and Art $89 - $99 a pack. I used 2 pack for this style

@Steffmd25 Awww thanks for noticing :) I am working out hard. I am now take taekwondo with my son, so that is a awesome workout in itself. I swear my instructor lives by the principles of P90X. Because I feel like I was doing a lot of plyometrics for sure!

@Lovpin I have had the hair in for 5 weeks now. There is some shedding and it tangles a little too, but not as bad as other brands I have used in the past. I will be doing a update video on this hair soon. And, then I will give you more details.
