waging war under false pretenses qualifies. usurping constitutional rights with this war as a pretext qualifies. This is possibly the first time I believe that I have heard the word qualified and Bush in the same sentence regarding the office of the presidency!
Treason? You mean holding up your hand and pledging to defend the constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic a then becoming a domestic enemy? Sounds like Bush.
