@lunazulbb si en parte tienes razon, el faldeo no es tan arriba, lo que yo se es que el faldeo debe de ser a la altura de la cintura, igual lo puedes checar en varios videos, pero claro el espectaculo de Amalia Hdz es bueno.

el ballet folklorico de Amalia Hernandez se a caracterizado por ser un ESPECTACULO grandioso de bailes de nuestro pais... el punto es que es solo eso un espectaculo por que el "folklor" que bailan no lo bailan como deberia ser... ejemplo yo soy de veracruz y jarocho no se baila asii.. con esas faldas tan grandes.

@shekeson To apoyo a Shekeson!! y q me corrija si estoy mal pero el faldeo veracruzano representa el movimiento delicado de las olas del mar!! el faldeo lo han elevado demasiado ya que se debe manejar a la altura de pecho y hombros de la mujer!!! pero como dice el compañero está bien como ESPECTÁCULO!! saludos

Mexico tiene una enorme deuda de gratitud con el Ballet Folklòrico de Amalia Hernàndez, por preservar, cultivar y promover la riqueza cultural de la mùsica y el baile folklorico mexicano. Me siento privilegiado de haber asistido a algunas de sus presentaciones en el D.F..

@DonMauricioCastro No creo que el pueblo de México tenga una deuda para con Amalia, Amalia se ha posicionado por la publicidad y la categoría de "espectáculo" que tiene, que es un "espectáculo" de calidad y se aplaude; Amalia se conoce interncionalmente por la publicidad y patrocinio que tiene, sin embargo, en México existen grupos y ballets de folklore con un buen nivel y también han contribuido a promover ntra. riqueza cultural... eh ahí la diferencia.

simplemente hermoso!! la melodia el baile todoo, me encaton veer esa sincronia en las dos bailarinas pero aun maas la expresion de su rostro, el ver como sientes la musica y lo transmiten mediante sus movimientos.

@bcardona92...actually...the song is inspired by the SEA....if you look at the movements in the first sequence...its the waves of the ocean and then on the second sequence its the ebb and flow of tide...and the thirde sequence is really just the the physical moevement of the waves crashing against the break...I learned this because I spoke with Vivian Basante... about this...( Amalia's daughter...)...never the less its amazing dancing with beautiful sensual movement..

Well This song is dedicate to the the dark women in Mexico. The dancers act like doves and butterflies(Mexican folklore, a dove signifies love, and butterflies life). The dark women of mexico were extremely rare and beautiful women mainly beacuse once te Spanish conquered Mexico they mixed with mexicans.thus ending the purity. In the dance they do turns twice specifically for life and love...there's more to the signifigance of the moves.but i sort of forgot..

@BCARDONA92 There is no real symolism behind this dance, it is just a dancing invention by Amalia hernandez for her ballet, in Veracruz real folclore there are no movements with arms made for dancers, so all the Amalia´s "Veracruz" is just something invented, that´s why her choreographies have always been so criticized... don´t say anything if you don´t know the ral meanings.

Amalia hernandez is the best mexican folklore ever!!! I saw them in Chicago at the congress theatre.....and I also dance Mexican Folklore in desplaines il..the stories behind the dances are amazing..including the story behind this one..la morena
