@BullenTheBullen2 There is only one Siberian Husky Breed. There is an entirely seperate breed called an Alaskan Husky, but it's not really a breed per say. . It's a racing dog design, there is also the Seppala Huskies, again, another racing breed.

Every dog is just different. Depends on what the mother and father look like as well.

i have two 7 week old white siberian husky puppy puppies! they are a handful but i love them! :) extremely smart and loving too

I live in a basement apartment and Kahlan is doing fine! Walking helps and I just put her in doggy daycare today which should help even more, and Kahlan turned 2 years old yesterday 01/01/2012 so I want to wish her happy birthday here

I live in an apartment and I just got a puppy husky the 12/29/11 and so far shes doing good, Im having trouble training her but shes getting used to it

@GoneToTheSnowDogs Thats exactly what I told my boyfriend, we cant expect her to poo on a wee wee right away, although it's been 3 days she does pee on the wee wee, I bought some training drops to help and shes doing pretty good with the pee, the poo is what worries me, not because i have to clean it but she gets dirty

Husky can live any where , but they really need lots and lots of exercise . I always wanted a husky but i'm not that active so i don't really think that i can get a husky ! So sadd ! :(

I live in a small townhouse and have 3 Huskies, which is really one too many for me (but that's another story). I agree with Jessica, Huskies can pretty much live anywhere, but they need interaction with their humans and with a pup pal.

To add on to the first question...it also depends on the apartment's pet policies as well as the location of the apartment. They've had to put down regulations on the height and weight of the dog.

With all my huskies and mals....it was the females who seemed to want attention all the time. The males were much more content on their own. Apt. for huskies...NO NO NO., one dog will be very lonely and be destructive and howl. 2 dogs are better but it is not fair to the dogs. They are "runners" and need space to roam about. I am in Toronto for a while, the neighbours have huskies and I feel so sorry for them. They have no "spark of life" in them.

@cyberian2 Huskies can live happily in apartments, but only IF they have the amount of activty and exercise needed! Be it walking a few times a day, dog park trips, anything to run that energy out of them. Our house is a good size, and when the dogs are always in the same room as us. They don't really want to go far from our side. It's not the size of the house, apartment, or yard for that matter, It's the amount of quality time, exercise, and attention that makes for a happy dog!

4:22 I just jack up the volume and within five seconds, my husky has entered my room and is doing a head-tilt toward the speakers, before howling along. Shelby is my husky's vocal trainer. :)

There's a new dog breed that is literally a mini husky.It's an apartment sized dog so think of shrinking down a husky 1 or 2 times.I forget the breed name but they are the cutest dogs ever!

@cometgazer379 It's not new, actually it's been around for quite some time, and they may be "apartment" sized as you say, but they are still a very very active breed. They are a cross breed of a few different High Energy Nordic Breeds! So they still need a lot of activity!
