This is easily one of the best performances of this track. They tended not to play it too much live after the Deaf tour, probably because they need Lanegan to do it right. I wish Troy had more solos tho. But at least it's mixed properly! You can actually hear ALL the instruments, not just the drums bass and Josh.

Pure ignorance. Josh is the band. Plain and simple. Although the records are different from when Nick was around. Josh is the only permanent member of Queens. In order to grow as a band they had to kick out Nick. Nick was a series of explosions that got worse and worse. It was better to pull the tooth than break the jaw.

Whenever I'm at a concert, if a band plays it faster I don't really notice much or care - with the experience of a thousand people around me banging and jumping and I being in the middle of it all, being faster is awesome!

However, when I listen to it after, and compare to the album version, I realize just how MUCH they drop the grove/effect of many riffs when it's just sped up.

I'm sure this would've been great if I were there, but watching it on my home PC, it's pretty "meh".
