Even if he did stop that like our goalie would have we would have played differently we would have kept attacking instead of playing defensive so u can't say that was cheap when we didn't do anything cheap we just shot and u don't have a good enough goalie to stop easy shots. @sullstar07 haha well theres a huge misconception about americans and how we feel towards soccer (or football as you call it) its the most common sport played from the age of 5-18, but we also play multiple sports while playing soccer. so it actually is a popular sport here. the thing is about americans is that we go on to play harder sports. i kinda am saying that it is easy to play (maybe because our sports have more physicality and strategy involved

@sullstar07 now im not saying its a bad sport, in fact its a great sport. its fun to play and watch. but compared to our sports you can see why i'm saying its easy to play (dont take that the wrong way). running up and down a field kicking a ball doesnt take too much athleticism. but you need to have a lot of endurance, so in that way its hard, but anybody can have endurance. im not that athletic and i play it. but also im a back so that doesnt take too much endurance anyways

@sullstar07 but the overall fact is yes its popular here (probably because we love sports so much). now as we go on in life we follow only the sports teams here and not realize who some of the top soccer players are. i for one follow baseball and football more, but i also do follow soccer pretty well too. (i'm a Barcelona fan. big messi fan) i also follow rugby, basketball, tennis, and aussie rules football too. i just like sports and so does america. thought i should clear that with the world
