Nice job. Beautiful sound too. This is my favorite "Freight Train" derived song that Fahey did. I like it even better than "Poor Boys", when done right.
Thank you so much for doing this video. I'm trying to learn this song and the tabs I found are almost exactly the same as the way you play it! I've seen other videos on youtube that I don't understand how they could be playing this song. But I'll get it thanks to this video.
Sounds great. I've a Big Baby and I love the thing. I don't ever want to give it up. It just works so well for alot of stuff and sounds amazing recorded. Still I'm gonna get a 12-string and maybe another 6er.
Not a 110 buddy it was a 310 which has been sent on its way in favour of a much better sounding Vintage V400 mahogany that cost £130. Go figure!

is that a trusty 110?

Fantastic. When I master the technique of that style of guitar playing, I'm going to learn this first.

Very well-played! (and this from a "Fahey-head" from the late sixties!)

@southsidesick open d. great tuning, and easy to improvise on. try it, if you play.

this is not john fahey playing the guitar ...
CHANGE THE TITLE ... YOU'RE USING HIS NAME TO GET VIEWS FROM PEOPLE LOOKING FOR ... JOHN FAHEY .
this is not good ...
l've just spend some minutes of my life watching something which if it had the correct name l would never see it ...
Although you play good ...

Excellent job. As good as Fahey. Agree with tubingtomtom about the Taylor - superb sound. I'd love to hear this on a Martin D-45.

Is he really using just his fingers? That's such a clear tone!

te quedó muy bueno, maestro.
si te dejás la barba capaz que pasás por el Fahey.
Very good! master.
if you left your beard grow, we'll say that Fahey isn't dead.

That natural reverb you have going is very tasty. Excellent job. John would be proud.

Your going to love your new Taylor over all others before long. If not already. Love the sound.
