There is Federal or VA law that requires background checks on sales between private individuals. There is no more a "gun show loophole" than there is a "snowman loophole" because there are no laws regulating snowmen. NOTHING can happen at a VA gun show that cannot legally happen anywhere else in the State. Learn the truth!
