Practice makes perfect? After all, this song *is* 6 minutes long, so it's normal your wrists get tired. I'd say try playing more of the longer songs, it may help your fingers get used to longer songs. I think.

im not one to go accusing anyone of cheating, and im not saying you did, but there is a possibility he used a bot...i meen its really common lol.

the best way to prove you actually did it would either be to use a real camera showing you do it...which would be a pain, or intentionally get a few boo notes on parts with no arrows, like 1:28 - 2:10. that would get rid of any doubts.
