  • good progress man. the title should be "my body transformation from 2004 to 2009" . every bodybuilder knows you can't add more than 5-6 kg muscle / per year (without steroids). so you can't lie anyone.

  • Great work. When i started at the gym i weighed 95-kg near 7 years later I'm 155-kg. I train monday-friday 3 hours per day. The only thing i don't like about being so bulky.... is the HUGE grocery bill every week LOL.

  • hey man i was 120 on the end of march it's been 2 months since my wrist injury also i am cured from carpal tunnel and it made me super dedicatied to bodybuilding i am 155 pounds in only 2 months and a week from 120 to 155 HORAY i look foward to getting like you thanks for the video. I even grow half a inch so proof i'm not on roids i'm 5'9 anything can be done.

  • u lost almost 10.5 kgs according to this video u look much defined than 94 kgs but u r not as defined as u should have been by losing 10.5 kgs,,, that is alot of wieght to lose and make much much bigger difference it did make bigger difference than before obviousely... looks like u lost some weight but not as much as 10.5 kgs!!

  • Good work so far but keep working.  You have a long way to go. You have to learn to build your muscles proportionally and symmetrically in unison while bulking. As for the cutting, you did well for what you were aiming at, but you need to cut much more significantly. At your lowest weight in these pictures, I would say you were 16-17% body fat here. That's just my two cents...

  • saharkazes, I am also bodybuilding, however i have a nutrition specialist and a team of bodybuilding experts and they ALL say you must build evenly. the best bodybuilder in history (Arnold) also states that you must build the whole body together. so please dont tell me how its done when you have no one but yourself helping you. the WHOLE body must be sculped evenly otherwise you will not build in proportion and cymetry.

  • @dcheb listen, cimetria is a thing that you work on over the years, you need to learn fron your results which part is stronger and which is weaker, i am presenting you a ONE YEAR transformation, i'm aware to my weaker parts and I know that I should have work more on those parts, but i could only see that after that year. of course i would not leave those body parts behind, what a silly thought it is. look at the facts, look at the time and dates those pictures took on. do not judge briefly.

  • @M7R7 I NEVER USED STEROIDS AND I GAINED 30 POUNDS OF MUSCLE IN 6 MONTHS idk how many kg that is but i was only eating 4000 cal a day on a healthy diet so if you eat like 6000 or more im pretty sure it would be quite easy to gain 20 kg in less than a year

  • @MyDadHatesGays Yeah if you eat right, train hard, and sleep deep, you can gain a significant amount of weight. Granted, it won't all be muscle....it will also be connective tissues, and bones too, as well as some body fat. I went from 183 lbs 3% June 10th 2010 to 235 lbs 12% in January 2011.... So, about 20 lbs of lean muscle with some body fat added to it. Granted, I was training ridiculously hard when I hit the gym.

My joints hurt, my face was sunken in, and you could see striations in my face below my cheekbones....I had a hard time maintaining proper body temperature at that point (being cold), my Heart Rate was in the upper 30s, I was always tired, very dehydrated, and looked great in terms of muscle separation and symmetry..

  • @kwstaspaok1 Eat and document what you eat. Meet your protein, carb, and fat requirements daily. Sleep well. Train very hard with big compound exercises with high intensity. Good luck.

  • oh and for a year, that transformation is very believable... look at him in the first month he was already ripped with a decent bicep peak.. genetics were on his side andd anyway i have friends who have lifted for a year naturally bulked up like no ones business cut down and look exactly like this man after a year and they were skinny as fuck when they started atleast he kinda had a head start.. give respect where its due.

  • @JamesRayeLynn2011 Thanks man. well, I checked a lot of training programs and methods like linear 5X5, FBW, work every muscle group every other day etc.. until i have found the ultimate training program. It took a long time but it helped me a lot. eventually I worked a different muscle group each day and took 2 days off a week. the most important lifts is the deadlift, squat, bench press, military press and bent over, as i think you know. good luck!

    60-70% of gaining muscle depends on a persons genetics. and judging by his before picks he looked to have some muscles and definition already there.

    with steroids you don't need cutting down season, unless you really want to cut down to 2-4% ft for a competition.

    he gained quite fat, or the steroids he's using must be extremly shit.

You will need to pray, workout , eat right and sleep right. Have a motivaton a girl friend. Nothing is impossible. I was about to get like him but I got injured working so I had to stop working out and eating that much because I wasnt bb.   • @WarriorAlexander Even with a very good workout routine, nutrition plan and rest periods, its almost impossible to gain 20kg of muscle in a time period of 1.4 years. Many experts and bodybuilders say that a person can gain a MAXIMUM of 1 - 2 pounds of muscle a month. So you can't really get gains that defy the way the body works unless you take steroids or other drugs. Im not saying this guy didnt make great gains, but im having doubts with the amount of muscle this guy is claims to have gained

And I do get a big tummy but within a week I loose it. Maybe he didn't take roids he is a soldier I think most militaries require a drug test.
