  • Ohhhh lol.. that looks good. I had sunnyside up egg with spinich. I ate a grapefruit before eating the eggs and spinch. I am not raw but I do enjoy eating raw food.

  • chopped apple, banana, goji berries, raisins, raw soaked: oats,flax seeds, sun flower seed...all in a bowl with nut milk poured all over it and a pinch of cinnamon.

  • I had a green smoothie and a raw portobello almond cheese mcmuffin....well that's what i call it, it was on raw bread, mmmm.

  • this does not look good or filling. I wish someone would tell me where to find food eaten by real people. I cannot not work, think or walk on this.

  • I food processed some prunes, goji berries, almonds, scrambled eggs, stevia powder, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon and cloves. Hmmm, tasted good! :-)

  • How long will something like that keep you feeling full? That does not seem like a lot to me. I'm new to raw so sorry if this seems like an obvious question I should know the answer to.

  • @annie6891 yes it can but i personally don't think she ate enough. raw food is more filling than cooked.

  • I had for breakfast a half cup of gluten free oats cooked in a cup of water with a little cinnamon, a few dried cranberries a dash of sea salt. Then added a small chopped apple and handfull of almonds. Oh yeah, a cup of coffee...

  • I had Island Fire (noni drink) and Chocolate Superfood pudding (hemp seeds, blue green algae, cacao, etc.), some fresh picked mint and some marine phytoplankton. Um... kinda random now that I think about it;) LOL

  • i had an organic mango and half of an organic red bell pepper and organic apple juice

  • I had oatmeal for breakfast. Easy and not exciting, but good enough for me.

  • I had a juice too of 4 apples, half a lemon, 1 red beet, peace of ginger and 4 sticks of sellery....very yummie :)

  • I had a juice of two cucumbers, a carrot, half a lemon, and several cups of spinach :)

  • Torn up cinnamon flax crackers with dried fruit (whatever I have done in my dehydrator) Raisins, dates, small amount chopped nuts (soaked if I remembered!) and almond milk - gorgeous!!

  • Since I'm always in a hurry, I have one of the "original" fast foods, fruit. I usually make a nice fruit salad to enjoy in the morning at work. Or I'll have a green smoothie.

  • for breakfast i had sprouted wheat porridge, blended in the vitamix with a little water, an apple and prunes.

    tomorrow i will have sprouted buckwheat porridge!

  • Grated apple, pear, etc. whatever else in season, combined with home-made muesli and a small handful of raw buckwheat sprouts, chopped up date, sliced banana topped with ricemilk. Kids love it too - they get grumpy if they don't get their buckwheat sprouts with their little tails!

  • For breakfast I drank a pitcher of green smoothie made with collard, kale, mango, blueberry, banana, plum, parsley (curly & flat leaf), spearmint, and ginger. Herbs growing on my deck made it extra special. : ) Thanks for the video.

  • One more thing...I've been meaning to ask what camera you use to video tape your shows? Is it a camcorder, or a camera that has the video option? By the way, Bibman is my son's youtube name...I'm his mom...Nice to see you guys sharing everyday...

  • I wanted to ask if you guys implement enough grains into your diet? They say 6-11 servings of grain should be eaten a day, so what do you do for your grain? You know these are what powerhouse the B Vitamins...?

  • For Breakfast today I had 1/4 c. raw oats with raisins, chopped almonds, frozen pineapple tidbits chopped up, dried unsweetened coconut, sunflower seeds with a pinch of sea salt mixed in and some honey topped with Almond Milk that I made homemade...I love you guys..Keep it up...I have been studying vegan for the last 18 years..I appreciate the balance and the truths you share..It takes guts to tell the truth about Agave...

(: I will try this...& for breakfast I had a "scramble", from anis raw food kitchen book, you put soaked almonds in a food pro, & h20 & make like a scramble consistency, and then, I put cilantro, tomatoes, saltoh, & I forgot, you put sunflower seeds with the almonds when you grind them!! it was goood, and my 11 yr old daughter actually liked it! (.

  • I always eat fruit only till 12 p.m. Usually a smoothie with a scoop of chia seed in it. This morning I changed it up a bit, I ate a big bowl of sour cherries that my friend brought me the day before. Yum!

  • The problem with the flax oil going rancid is when it is "opened", then the air gets in and starts to oxidize the oils!

  • I always have a shot glass of wheat grass juice for starter then pineapple,banana,orange,ginger­,honey smoothie for breakfast

    Sometimes avocado,tofu,spring onions and iceberg lettuce in a wholegrain baguette(maybe 3 times a month for the change)

  • GORGEOUS bowl!! :) this morning i had a smoothie with spring water, almonds and coconut flakes blended into almond milk and strained, then added frozen wild blueberries, cinnamon, ginger, a bit of gogi juice, local honey (YUM mesquite), mesquite powder, and freshly cut aloe "meat"...blended to creamy. DELICIOUS!!!

  • Beet, Carrot, Meyer lemon, and Apple Juice mmmm plus a few flax crackers

  • I had a banana/fig smoothie with spinach,parsley, a couple of grapes, kefir, mesquite, maca and a little squeeze of agave. The fresh figs are AWESOME right now!

    first of all, I just started my raw lifestyle journey today! I would never have been able to have the courage without the help of all the raw food ideas that I have found on youtube (your videos just happen to be my favorite!)

    I hope to start vlogging things soon!

    So, for breakfast, I enjoyed a mix of fresh blueberries I froze with some almonds and walnuts topped with a tablespoon of raw honey and flax seed and a pinch opf sea salt.

    simple and yummy!

  • Gotta say, this sounds very good and fairly reasonable to fix before flying out the door in the morning. Don't know how some raw foodies do it with a 9 to 5 type job!  ~Namaste

  • i had, 20g of oats, 20g of bran, a scoup of vanilla protein, 15g of almonds copped, a few blueberries and a teaspoon of ground flax seed. not kidding possible the tastiest mixture you can have i a bowl.

  • pumpkin seeds, quinoa, green juice, a vitamin d3 supplement, buckwheat, and a cayenne pepper on the side with some raw eggs and a probiotic with apple sauce in it to feed the probiotic that I had soaking the night b4. and a b12 supplement.

  • I had a romaine salad for breakfast.

    Basically I just added pickles and some hydrated dry hummus also yellow peppers and onions.

  • I can't ever eat savory for breakfast! Maybe my tastes will "evolve"... ;)
